Lore

A cruel wizard caught a Netherdrake and thought he could tame it, but Viper was actually relieved to be out of the sealed caves where his kind had lived for millions of years. He played along with the wizard's plans, trying to soak up some dark magic, but soon figured out that his own poison was more deadly than any spell. He let his acid eat through the cage bars, spat venom in the wizard's face, and flew off to show the world who's boss.
